Kami sewa mobil disini karena kalo di bandara mahal sekali.Kami naik uber kesini,lokasinya tidak jauh dari bandara.Mobilnya bagus tidak ada masalah selama kami sewa.Pengembalian mobilnya mudah tidak ada biaya tambahan jika kita mengembalikan mobil dalam keadaan baik dan bensinnya penuh.Kami diantar ke bandara gratis oleh pihak Aiona.
I rent car for 10 days travelling surround Hilo, Vulcano Park and Oceanviews. Thank God, i got an excellent midsize vehicle at cheap and reasonable price from rent car AIONA. And the rental agent, Shalee also served us friendly and agile, even she give me ride from AIONA office to Hilo airport for free. Thank AIONA and team, i had a blissful and memorable vacation in Hawaii Big Island by your car and your good service

The best experience with renting a car! Many thanks to the entire team. We had only one free day in Hilo. I did not want to rent a car in airport (required booking day or more ahead, travel there by bus/uber, long waiting time, crazy deposits…). And as an European country citizen I had problems with missing US/Canada drivers insurance. But here, they have cooperation with insurance companies. What a great car rental agency: close to the airport in Hilo Hawai’i and with very reasonable prices. We rented two very clean cars for a complex family reunion: a small Chevy Spark and also a Toyota Sienna mini-van. Both operated perfectly & very smoothly. Jasmine was the Aiona staffer with whom we worked: efficient, organized and soooo friendly! I’ve never been so happy with a car rental experience; I’ll be back in contact with Jasmine when I make my next trip, coming up in December.
