Jerome Gamache, an attorney at the firm, helped us navigate Maine real estate law when we fled the heat in Florida. He and his staff were simply stellar, efficient and effective when issues arose that required their attention. Equally delightful was not being nickeled and dimed. The firm provided the services required at the stated price; no surprises. (This has not always been my experience with the legal profession...) Great job to Kathy Smith and Chris Piasecki for their assistance with our difficult closing. Our lender was very challenging to deal with and Kathy in particular was a champ dealing with the demands and 4 postponements.
