I been going there for 3 years. They always are kind and helpful. I am one of those people that are not good with programs gaget. They have a lot of patience with me. You have to, because I need the help! I would differently recommend them to people with hearing problems. Humana Gold does pay for some of the experience. Thanks to the ladies there, that are always helpful to me.
Courtney is very pleasant and friendly. She is also very thorough explaining how to use your hearing aid and all the functions that accompany your device. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. It's rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about patients and is sincerely dedicated to helping them have a better quality of life.
