The “Wizzard” at ATT fixed my phone and in the process deleted my hearing aid capability on my phone. I called Ainsworth and got an appointment and the problem was immediately fixed. I am so thankful for their immediate attention, kindness and for getting me hearing again. Great company to do business with.
Dr. Courtney was thorough and very knowledgeable. Very kind and articulate with my elderly mother.
Courtney was very helpful. I have hearing aids from another company that were not performing well. She worked to retune them without trying to sell me a new pair.
