The love, care and compassion provided to our family members provided comfort to us all as every staff member treated them like family and encouraged a sense of joy and happiness every day. As we said goodbye to our much loved grandparents the staff treated them with dignity and respect every step of the way. Not a great place to work. Staff need proper education and guidance. Management structure is just terrible. Worst organisation.
