Beautiful class led by a beautiful soul with love and light for all. I genuinely appreciate the attention to posture and correctness in the asanas. The studio is beautifully decorated as well and perfect for the intention of the instructor who I believe their mission is to spread love and light and confidence to those who feel the calling from within to drop by or join monthly for her amazing array of different yoga styles and techniques.

I live in Olathe and when I saw the online option for breath work in the evening I was so excited!! I cranked on my outdated, electrical fireplace, plopped and the floor and enjoyed getting guidance on an evening rebalance through breathing. Katie did a beautiful job. I’m looking forward to coming to in person classes!!
