Garbage company with garbage customer service, received an item with missing parts and wants me to pay for returning it, or wants me to wait 4-6 weeks to get the parts in.
Beware of this company! I ordered an iRobot Roomba on Walmart.com and received the wrong item from this seller, who is likely an authorized iRobot reseller. I returned it promptly through a Walmart store, yet the seller falsely claimed they had sent the correct item and refused to issue a refund. After unsuccessful attempts to resolve this directly with the seller and as per Walmart's advice, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer to recover my money. They sent me a defective Roomba and then charged me a restocking fee when I returned it. Then their customer service was very rude to me. Be aware. They are not an authorized dealer for iRobot.

Beware of this company Received obviously Damaged Weber s470 Grill. Company would not stand by there mistake in shipping a damaged unit. The bottom was crushed by a fork lift because it was double stacked and top also cracked. Company did not send a prepaid return and wants to charge a restocking fee. Total disregard for customer satisfaction. Must be a small greedy Mickey Mouse company. Sells through Amazon and they are not much better. I believe they knew it was damaged and shipped anyway.
