We bought a house through Butt Estates, and used Aimee Shone Mortgages to sort out our mortgage. Emily was absolutely fantastic - she made sure we understood every part of the process, and went out of her way to get our application in a little faster. Would highly recommend Aimee Shone Mortgages. Aimee gave us great advice at the beginning of our mortgage process and then her and her colleague, Toni, made sure they processed our mortgage as quickly as possible so it didn't affect our purchase. We actually had a lot of complications with who we were borrowing off, but Aimee and Toni helped take the stress away and get it dealt with.
