I have a business account with this bank. Horrible customer service. I asked for help from a Supervisor, Teresa was being snippy and put me on hold for 15+ minutes, then hanged up.
Rick has been AMAZING!!!! He has helped me so much!! I have been dealing with an issue with my car for about 8 months now and he makes sure to keep me updated! Goes above and beyond for his clients!!! Thank you Rick!
My experience with this Bank has been absolutely horrendous. I have called 4 times times trying to reach my loan officer Leticia in the last 2 weeks at the 6502 slide road branch without any return call. If you are looking for convenience, this is not the place to get a loan. If you are looking for competence and common sense, this is not the place to get your loan. This location is the reason I decided to close my account with them. The employees are always rude when I come in. I had rolled all my change once and went to cash it in and had the rudest employee ever! The customer service here is horrible since they switched over to first bank and trust from aim bank. If you want good service definitely go elsewhere.
