As a previous banker and business owner, the customer service that I have received from this bank and their "management" has been by far the worst I have encountered. I would highly recommend extensive training not only for systems in process, but especially for those that are given titles for positions they are not qualified for. I will also not visit with the manager of the branch which is what your reply will be, because that has proven to be no benefit to me. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.. The employees are rude and snobby.. I do my banking thru the drive thru that way I don't have to deal with them.
