We contacted Olivia at Aim Physio Greenacres and were told on the phone to come in for an assessment, for which we paid $75. We were promised a lot of things that never materialised. Emails and phone calls not returned when they discovered my husbands health needs were complex and required serious effort and ongoing work, for which we were prepared to pay.
