All I can say is if you are in pain go see Dr. Rafael at AIM Orthopedics in Little Falls. He listens to your concerns with compassion ! Doesn’t rush you and explained everything about my sciatica and gave me exercises to get through the pain . I have also been to him for arthritic knees and he has got me out of pain. Thank you Dr. Rafael for helping me get thru the pain!

I’ve had such a great experience at AIM. What really sets them apart is their one-on-one approach. Unlike other places in the area, you consistently work with the same physical therapist each visit, which makes a huge difference. They get to know you, your case, and your progress in a way that feels personal and truly supportive. I honestly don’t think I could’ve stuck with my physical therapy as long as I did without them. Highly recommend for anyone looking for personalized, high-quality care!

I highly recommend AIM for physical therapy pre & post surgery. After talking with a few physical therapist I chose AIM in Little Falls because It would be a smaller & more personal environment convenient for me to get to post surgery.
