The in-home consultation with Ben was incredibly helpful in selecting my initial style preferences, and it was really nice he was able to do a follow-up visit so I could verify my choices before finalizing the order. The ordering process was also really easy and even though I was told it would be 4-9 weeks before the shades arrived for install, I was contacted in just 2.5 weeks that they were ready!
