My 92 year old Mum has been in Ailsa Lodge now for just over a month. Up until 8 weeks ago she was still living at home but unfortunately that isn't an option anymore as her physical and mental health have deteriorated. She found the upheaval stressful but she is now settling in. The staff have been fantastic, I can't compliment them enough. The patience and compassion shown to her has been incredible and I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for her so far.

I started 7 months ago, daunting as it was, as iv never worked in a large company with a lot of staff before. All staff are very nice, very helpful when you need them. A big thanks to Jo who has kept me right from the start. Michelle also who has not long started with us . I love the residents !! They are soo sweet & funny .
