I had Rotator Cuff problems, both shoulders, for several months. Just recently, I took a fall and injured my left side once again. After getting an ultrasound & x-rays, and still in substantial pain, my Chiropractor suggested for me to seek treatment from a Registered Massage Therapist. After just two massages by Stacey at Aikido Massage Therapy in Fort Saskatchewan, although there are still “knots” to work out of the muscles, I was relatively pain-free. it works, went there with serious back issues and left feeling a little better but as time passed I felt better by the hour until the pain was gone, I will go back again.
