Did everything according to schedule. Great guys to work with and will be using them again in the future!
I ask for 2 man crew and that I would have a u haul truck to save money due to fixed income. Well they didn’t show up I had to return truck so I had paid for it ! They asked to reschedule and wanted me to pay the 89.00 truck fee I said no they offered 75. ! That’s not good customer service! I have another move to be scheduled in a month or 2 but I will be finding another company for this one and the other! I will for sure be telling everyone I know not to use this company.
Working with AIG was so easy. Felicia made everything make sense and my truck took a weekend to get here from across the country!! .I was so excited to see it ! the transaction was smooth and easy and my truck looked just as I remember .It was a great experience. I will definitely use them again if I ever need any vehicle delivered.! No question!!
