I called them to take an appointment concerning a succession case file two months ago, they give you appointment 8 weeks later at least, if you're lucky enough to book an appointment with one of their lawyers. Their service is extremely rude and cold and unwelcoming and unprofessional. The staff at the reception makes you wait 20 minutes at the front door to get you in to meet them regardless the fact you had an appointment and showed up on time to their offices. Came here to see of there was any reviews on the lawyer that is handleing my divorce and yup sure is..they also say exactly what I think as well..no listening skills rude doesn't reply takes forever to hear back from them and now after reading over my documents which are in french after requesting them to be on English this lawyer put a bunch of things that are inaccurate and will now cause even more delay in this divorce!! So very disappointed if you dint need to go there dont!!
G. Veilleux, Aucune écoute, aucune empathie, remplis d'arrogance et de jugement. Service hautain. À la fin de notre rencontre il n'avais pas compris la raison de ma visite tellement il n'écoute pas. Refuse mon dossier en inventant des raisons. Ils n'ont plus jamais répondu à mes appelle après la première rencontre..... J'avais besoin d'aide, j'avais besoin de me faire aiguiller, pas de me faire tendre des pièges et perdre mon temps. Ma plainte s'en vient.....
