I have had 4 one hour, massage therapy sessions for my back issues at Aidan Wellness with Nadia Bonaldi so far, and let me tell you, my experience has been nothing short of amazing! I have been seeing Nadia for years for massage therapy. Recently, I decided to see her for her breath work therapy. I am a Firefighter and the have witnessed many horrific situations and have at times found myself in times of anxiety. Nadia showed me how to mitigate these stressful events through breath work techniques. It creates a calming effect which I believe is great for mental health.
Nadia has been my massage therapist for over 10 years. She recently gave my 11 year old a massage as she is experiencing headaches. Nadia was gentle with my daughter and explained what she was going to do. She checked in with her often to ensure that the pressure was not too much. After the massage, she gave my daughter simple stretching exercises. My daughter felt comfortable with Nadia and was very relaxed. Nadia has such a beautiful aura about her. If I could rate 900 stars I would :) Nadia is a master of massage, and on top of that, one of the kindest humans ever. Her breathwork course is also amazing, especially if you’re a hyper-stressed overthinker like I am. Cannot reccomend enough!
Aidan Wellness has provided me with hands down the BEST Massage I have ever had the privilege of receiving in my lifetime! Fantastic service, great care and knowledge. I feel so wonderful and know that I'm in excellent care every time I step foot in Aidan Wellness as well as when I step out! Highly recommended!
