Very disappointing experience. In a formal letter of demand, the firm repeatedly mixed up my vehicle’s registration number with the other party’s, resulting in multiple obvious errors. For a law firm handling motor vehicle accident claims, this level of inaccuracy is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about professionalism and attention to detail. I would not recommend their services.
