Just not personable anymore, VERY different from the previous owner….RIP…. We received a letter from the IRS stating a mistake was made on our return, which we paid $460 to be done right…….😡, I left a messages at AI asking why…, got a phone call back from D”… not nice, kept talking over me when I would try to intercede, finally let me talk ,then told me it’s out of their hands, I need to contact the IRS. What a joke. That’s your JOB, not mine… why did I pay you then????
