I attended a Reiki retreat at Marita's beautiful calming space amongst the bush and birds.As you arrive you can feel your body and mind relax. I learnt lots of grounding strategies to support me in life and felt supported by Marita's safe space that she created. Highly recommend wether it is too learn new things or a self care day for yourself.
Marita has a really special gift when it comes to Reiki. Her sessions are calming, grounding, and always leave me feeling more balanced and at ease. She has a warm and gentle energy, and genuinely cares. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for some healing or a bit of peace in their life.
I have had reiki with Marita and also attended a weekly meditation program. I have felt significantly more balanced after my reiki sessions and I have thoroughly enjoyed the relaxation of the mediation sessions. Marita is warm, insightful and I will continue to see her for Reiki.
