Sheeba is a great therapist. She spends a lot of time with you before the session and really gets to know you and understand what you are having trouble with. Both of my sessions with her left me feeling balanced and restored, and she really has a lot of knowledge to offer in addition to the session. I definitely plan to continue seeing her when I feel out of balance.
I’ve only had brief encounters with Reiki prior to working with Sheeba. I knew that I wanted to do energy work but was very reluctant to meet with just anyone. I wanted the practitioner to have expertise coupled with a presence that would be both calming and ascended. I recently had a frequency alignment session, and it was an incredibly uplifting experience. From the moment the session began, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Sheeba created a calm, peaceful environment that made it easy to relax and be fully present.
I had the opportunity to receive an attunement (reiki 1) from Sheeba and it has positively changed my life. I had shopped around for a practice that resonated with me and hers was the one. The education was the perfect balance of history and practical application. We had the opportunity to practice and I now feel confident to practice on myself and my loved ones. It has empowered me to balance and repair my own energy and others have reported it helpful as well. Highly recommend!!
Update: July, 2026: I'm still going to Ahimsa healing, and I just had my first session at the new location in Lambertville, NJ. It is a beautiful, calming, welcoming space.
