Greedy and dishonest. I have been going there for years. I was a member and my husband would buy me gift certificates. They arbitrarily started making rules regarding their gift certificates, for example you could only use one every 6 months. at one point I had like 10 certificates from my husband. so then, because of this 6-month rule, they expired.
