The AHHA Center is a safe space to guide you on your healing journey and share those ahha moments of life. Join us for workshops, classes, guided meditation, massage, chakra assessments and balancing, personal training, Reiki, yoga and one-on-one consultations. Session times are by appointment only. Please call/text or schedule online. Appointments are available through the week, and weekends. Events and classes are available, please view event schedule online.

I visited the Rustic Forrest Farm and Sanctuary location in Cox's Creek today. The massage area is very unique and relaxing. The farm itself is breathtaking. I enjoyed watching the animals play. I carry stress in my neck and my shoulders and Sam was able to take all that away. I was completely relaxed by the time she was done. I walked away feeling relaxed and peaceful. Thank you Sam for a great experience.
I had a massage with Jacob. He was wonderful! He started with questions and conversations about my expectations and needs. During the massage, he focused on my problem areas and did a fabulous job. The pressure was perfect, not too much. I woke up today rest and not sore. I will definitely be back to see Jacob! Thank you!
I found the AHHA center while I was looking for a yoga studio in my area. I’ve had a great deal of pain recently in my back and neck, and decided to book myself a massage for my birthday. Sam blew me away with her intuitive approach to pain relief with so much beyond massage. She incorporated reiki, stretching, aromatherapy, sound and crystal healing. Communication has improved I now better understand opportunities at the center. Always clean and bright welcoming beautiful decor lighting heating and cooling perfect. Location wonderful.
I am a part of this collective and I absolutely love it! I did a reflexology session with Peter which was amazing!!! I didn't realize my body needed it so badly. Even though the focus was only on my feet my entire body felt in better alignment and less tight overall afterwards. I highly recommend giving it a try.
