The center hosted us for a friend’s birthday, and we enjoyed every moment. We were able to spend some time with goats, horses, chickens, and ducks. After a nice nature walk, they were able to accommodate us for a picnic out of the weather. One of the center’s missions is to provide sanctuary to farm animals while providing clients with a range of wellness practices like massage and being in the company of animals.
I visited the Rustic Forrest Farm and Sanctuary location in Cox's Creek today. The massage area is very unique and relaxing. The farm itself is breathtaking. I enjoyed watching the animals play. I carry stress in my neck and my shoulders and Sam was able to take all that away. I was completely relaxed by the time she was done. I walked away feeling relaxed and peaceful. Thank you Sam for a great experience.
I had a massage with Jacob. He was wonderful! He started with questions and conversations about my expectations and needs. During the massage, he focused on my problem areas and did a fabulous job. The pressure was perfect, not too much. I woke up today rest and not sore. I will definitely be back to see Jacob! Thank you!
I found the AHHA center while I was looking for a yoga studio in my area. I’ve had a great deal of pain recently in my back and neck, and decided to book myself a massage for my birthday. Sam blew me away with her intuitive approach to pain relief with so much beyond massage. She incorporated reiki, stretching, aromatherapy, sound and crystal healing. Communication has improved I now better understand opportunities at the center. Always clean and bright welcoming beautiful decor lighting heating and cooling perfect. Location wonderful.
