We went to the Cheltenham store where Mike manning one of the customer service assistants was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable and not pushy like some of the other shops we visited. It was an easy process from choosing the sofa to ordering and paying. Thanks Mike.

Really nice salesman who gave us lots of things to think about when buying our sofas, left us alone to consider the options and answered all our questions. He sold us our bed too would highly recommend seeking him out if you go into the Cheltenham branch.
