Don’t buy from this company!!!! If I could go be 0 stars I would. Inferior goods which go faulty as soon as the guarantee runs out, dreadful customer service team who basically say, happens all the time and it’s tough luck. Go elsewhere and save yourself the money
After 12 months all the black colour has come off our pipping on our suite - they say it’s wear and tear! This is unacceptable they offer 4 years free credit when the suite has only lasted just over a year. I have looked after the suite it’s immaculate apart from this. They are not very good at answering e mails and the after care is practically non existent I would advise you shop elsewhere.
I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing our settees , we ordered it on 28th dec having just moved to Bournemouth ,and we are desperate for our chairs , no communication to say there is a delay ,surely the shop could chase things along or at least phone the company to ask why the delay ,and then let us know ,I wish I had gone to a charity shop and got the settees the service would have been a hell of a lot better
