I can’t recommend this clinic enough. After a pediatric referral from the NHS suggested a head scan and specialist evaluation for my son, I felt the need to seek an immediate second opinion. Wonderful company. Son had helmet for just over 5 months (5 months - 10.5 months) to correct asymmetry and flattening. Asymmetry was corrected within 2 months and flattening by 5 months. Care throughout was thorough and reassuring, there was no pressure at all at the beginning to begin treatment either - just very clear and informative on options. Mr Stenhouse and his team are very genuine lovely people. Highly recommend!!!
Amazing helmet journey, we came to the clinic when my baby was 6 months old , with moderate severe flat head shape. 1,2 assymetry . After only almost 3 months of wearing the helmet , yesterday we finally finish the treatment on 0 flat head shape assymetry. We did therapy , we did tummy time we did lots of exercise to try to improuve my baby flat head, we point it to the GP as well, that something was not good with the head shape and control of my baby head , and they did nothing . I can only recommend this clinic. We noticed some flattening of our son's head when he was only 2 months old but our GP assured us that it is nothing to worry about and by 4 months old it would "correct itself by repositioning and tummy time". By 3 months, the shape became even worse, and it became obvious that our son had moderate case of plagio- and brachyoceophaly, so we decided to come to this clinic for an assessment. If your baby needs a helmet, this is where you should go. Even if you live outside London, it is definitely worth the travel! I just can’t recommend enough Doctor Stenhouse and ahead4babies. I feel extremely lucky we have found them. The Doctor is absolutely amazing, professional and the best in what he does.
