I have yet to find a reliable conveyancing company. The settlement process revealed hidden fees, such as file opening and maintenance charges, which other conveyancers typically don't impose. I encountered numerous issues that I had to personally follow up on and resolve. Overall, the service was disorganised and raised several concerns. This will be my first and last experience with them.

Olive is the first conveyancer we've ever worked with, and I hope she will also be the last, if possible, since she is truly awesome! We are really happy with our first home-buying experience.
