I have yet to find a reliable conveyancing company. The settlement process revealed hidden fees, such as file opening and maintenance charges, which other conveyancers typically don't impose. I encountered numerous issues that I had to personally follow up on and resolve. Overall, the service was disorganised and raised several concerns. This will be my first and last experience with them.
