I have worked with Leslie on two different loans. We first purchased a rural lot with Leslie's help several years ago. Recently we had a custom home built on that lot. I knew that when we were ready to start we were going right back to Leslie for the construction loan. Leslie and her entire team were knowledgeable, very proficient, and professional. Everything was explained and all questions answered. There was complete confidence in the whole team. The home has been completed, on time and with no issues.
Leslie was fairly rude and dismissive and sent me a denial before answering my question about options which could have led to us still doing business. Take-away from the process for others looking for a land-loan. don't apply through NWFCS unless you have little to no debt. 36% debt to income maximum
