Leslie and Debi are so amazing, beyond words. We have purchased 3 homes in the past with different lenders, this is our first land loan. We were warned by everyone that land loans are a lot more difficult, but northwest farm made it easy. We contact northwest farm after another bank rejected our loan application without a second glance and no coordination (took them 2 wks before rejection and they had not included all info I provided!)
