Leslie and Debi are so amazing, beyond words. We went through 2 banks trying to get financing on a property (the second one gave us approvals to put in an offer) to then pull financing days before contingency was over because they didn’t understand it was Forestry land. In a panic 2.5 weeks before closing, here comes Leslie like the goddess she is, literally saved us and this property. We have purchased 3 homes in the past with different lenders, this is our first land loan. We were warned by everyone that land loans are a lot more difficult, but northwest farm made it easy. We contact northwest farm after another bank rejected our loan application without a second glance and no coordination (took them 2 wks before rejection and they had not included all info I provided!)
