Not sure what those other reviews are on about. The customer service was amazing. Both of the gentleman were very nice and helpful. I’m guessing the owner is who I spoke with on the phone. If you have chickens this should be your feed store . Thank you I enjoyed meeting both of you.
Started off my experience with being disappointed while calling to check if they had bails of Alfalfa since my normal place was out. The woman seemed slightly irritated in the phone. Upon checking out, it continued. There was no customer service, no thank you for your business, no have a nice day, nothing. Sadly, I will never go back.
I like their selection of bird seed, however the new owners now Big Ed's Feed and Seed need to have someone with a personality answer the phone, called because the hours of operation are not correct on the website and he acted like I was bothering him!! What happened to customer service? You want to be rude to prospective customers your not going to be in business very long!!!!
