I had a really good experience with this company, in no particular order, from the chemical treatment (Roger), diagnosis (Austin- arborist), customer service (Dawn), to service quote & scheduling (Ricardo-owner). I could tell this is a well run company that focus on customers and employees. I am looking forward to seeing the result on my tree in the Spring. Thanks to all!
APC shows up on time, performs an accurate and thorough job, but customer service for payments require a download of another app.
Roger has been treating our Canary Date Palm for some time now and does a fantastic job! He is so professional and so careful and thorough, we really appreciate him! He not only does a great job, he is always smiling, friendly, and kind. Roger really cares about his clients!!
