My dealings with this company are appalling. I’ve been trying to reach them but they don’t return calls they don’t provide emails. CIBC should be ashamed using a company like this.id be interested to know if anyone else has had the unpleasant experience of having dealt with Kelly Brooks. Who treated me like some low life debtor.
This agency is using aggressive "strong-arm" tactics that violate Ontario law. They have repeatedly sent an unidentified individual to our home who refuses to provide ID but knocks violently and intimidates our family. They left letters threatening to illegally change our locks if we do not hand over sensitive personal data. I spoke.to Jennifer on the phone,the manner of rudeness and unprofessionallism is unbelievable. She said she is a law clerk ,terrible lady. The front desk staff and the lawyer himself were okay
