I was not giving the information I needed even though I asked for it many times by email and by phone. When I called they close the phone in my face instead of talking to me to solve the issues which is what they should be doing but they're not doing that. I don't know what they want or why they're doing this
Update: I received my payout statement FINALLY and received it just after 3pm for them to say funds must be received by 2pm the next day… they have zero understanding that people have jobs apparently. Fortunately I made it to the bank 15 mins before they closed and wired the funds and sent an email to Jennifer to confirm I sent the funds for her to respond “we have not received the funds” I’m not sure if she’s brand new or lacks common sense but obviously funds aren’t received in seconds… I would also like to note that when ... read more
Rude employees
My dealings with this company are appalling. I’ve been trying to reach them but they don’t return calls they don’t provide emails. CIBC should be ashamed using a company like this.id be interested to know if anyone else has had the unpleasant experience of having dealt with Kelly Brooks. Who treated me like some low life debtor.
