Whoever put a 1 star review, just know, he is not making up excuses, he actually is being honest, he works for the town of Bremen, and is always on call with other people about things from his other jobs, our family does have emergencies where he is called off, and is not in the office sometimes because he is at home taking care of us. This man is very unprofessional. Let me just start from the beginning, he wasn’t trying to help us to get the full amount we should be receiving, until I start asking questions then he finally put in what should have been from start.
