My husband and I were hopeful that this company was a good choice. The mediator made a last minute change on the day, but we adapted. However, the two women (a mediator and a woman taking notes) representing the company seemed upset that they were there. We both came without attorneys. There were times the mediator got chatty with us and off track. I'm certain they did the same with the other party. Time is money... Very knowledgeable but definitely was very one sided and made sure my ex always got the benefit of the doubt. Not my idea a of a "mediator". Would definitely not recommend to men.
