Agnes was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a vendor. She did not meet any of the promised deadlines and it was extremely difficult to communicate with her. She ignored my emails and Facebook messages and always made excuses for not responding. I only got my photos because I filed a complaint with BBB. I definitely do not recommend her work.
Agnes failed to meet all of her contractual obligations regarding delivery timeline and communication. She was weeks late to deliver our sneak peak photos, using excuses each time we were in communication regarding the delivery timeline. Our wedding photos were contractually promised to be delivered within 3 months of the wedding date, they were delivered after 5 months. Got married in September 2022 and still waiting for USB and photo album (2024). There is no excuse! This should be considered a fraudulent business. No communication. Lies about effort to send USB. Says will call and does not. Makes bride pay up front and ghosts you for over a year with no deliverables. We regret to have to report this, but everyone who hires Agnes should know what they are getting themselves into.
Posting this with gratitude because all the reviews that mentioned issues with communication are completely true and have saved me from making a huge mistake. Please do not ignore them. By the vendor’s own admission (in a response to a review here), the end result is all that matters. I disagree and think the experience is equally as important.
