We had a fantastic family photo session with Agi! We wanted an outdoor shoot that included some of Cincinnati’s key landmarks, and she tailored the session perfectly to match our vision. She knew exactly how to capture the best angles and lighting. Agi was wonderful with everyone — kids, parents, and grandparents alike — making us all feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera. Agi has taken all of my family’s newborn photos over the years as well as family portraits as my four children have grown. We cherish the photos and they proudly adorn our walls. Highly recommend her and her caring customer service!
She LOST MY MATERNITY PHOTOS. No joke folks- she lost mine and another client's. The worst part is that she told me via text and then refused to answer my calls. If that weren't enough, she kept telling my partner and I via text "how stressful it's been for her." She never once apologized except in passing to my partner after many conversations. Agnes is lovely to work with, as a mom herself she knows babies and can calm and capture their peaceful and candid moments - we would definitely come back if we ever need a family photographer again!
