Doesn't pay his bills. Tom is a liar and a thief. I wouldn't trust him to pick me up at the train station if he was the last man alive.
Where to start the owner can't tell the truth owes me for fixing a truck of his that broke down a good ways away from their business done it at a cheap price for him when they wasnt anyone else to help them never got my money called for weeks the owner finally called and said he would either send me a check in the mail or send it with one of his guys that was coming down that week to the yards and I have never seen a check yet but karma always comes back around. Tom Agler does not pay his bills. My husband, Raymond Litt hauled cattle for him. He hauled two loads for him in November of 2018 totaling $5850.00. I have had a lot of correspondence with him, including telling him my husband passed away 3/6/2019. He has not paid me yet.
