Submitted my application late July waited for 4 weeks for a initial assessment called Tim said its in the queue to be assessed If I am not happy with their services I can go somewhere else lady called me back and said she needs more documents will email me back the same day been waiting 3 weeks haven't heard from her so yeah thats how they operate
