I am giving one star because I found Carolyn very helpful during my meeting with her; unfortunately, I chose not to proceed with further services because her billing practices were smarmy. She had trouble with dating her services and made several errors. She actually charged after telling me she would not until she received my signed agreement. She charged for calls and emails correcting her errors. I subsequently discovered that several others had similar concerns. They refunded a remaining amount but only on my demand.

Carolyn was incredibly helpful with our legal needs. She is professional and kind and consistent with communication. We actually did not need legal services for aging parents when we consulted her but we have utilized her website that has a wealth of information on legal tips for aging parents. Thanks again Carolyn!
