Tells us one thing and when we go to facility that deals with medicaid daily they tell us another. What we hear outside by these people is consistent across the broad. I spent $2000 to get one letter written and it failed. Had to push to get the letter written. Will not go to her again. My experience has not been good, but others may fare better.
