I met with my adrc specialist there and I was asking her as a disabled person what my rights were. Her conclusion was that what kind of rice are you talking about what do you mean. Honestly if I knew what I meant what I needed to say or what I need to do to have rights that I don't have I would do it but nobody will inform me on what to do
