I keep applying for meals on wheels but I have not had any luck. I'm 70 years old and disabled. All I get is volunteer papers in the mail.
"Extremely disappointed with the service provided. Annette Herring was unhelpful and dismissed my request for assistance, stating I could not receive help without Medicare Part B or C. She promised to transfer me to another department, but I never received a follow-up. This is completely unacceptable treatment for a disabled senior in need of real support. Human lives are far more important than administrative emails.
I had to go here to get some information on the choices program for my mother. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and friendly. The person that came out in the lobby to speak with me was nice and friendly as well and gave me the information I needed
