What can I say. People inside are fantastic and caring. Theve saved us many times.
The woman that "greets" you, needs to work on perceived non-verbals. She has questioning, judgemental looks. Lacks warm, approachability, friendly character. I felt attacked defensive. Didn't realize a receptionist needs a full history on my health. When I explained, I was referred to ADRC thru WI and told to ask for a Benefit Specialist. I thought I should call encase I needed to set up an appointment. The woman who answered the phone instructed me to come in fillout a form and if available Id be seen by someone that day. Very helpful place and answered all my questions
I’ m giving 2 stars simply on the 2 office visits where my husband and I had to deal with the receptionist. She was very rude and over bearing on both days to us. I did get snippy right back with her. She needs to take a class on working with people and a refresher course on explaining the paperwork so she can explain it to people so they understand what she means!!!
