I’ m giving 2 stars simply on the 2 office visits where my husband and I had to deal with the receptionist. She was very rude and over bearing on both days to us. I did get snippy right back with her. She needs to take a class on working with people and a refresher course on explaining the paperwork so she can explain it to people so they understand what she means!!!

I needed some help with paperwork. The employee that had an office in the back but was up front when I came in was very helpful however, the receptionist was very short from the beginning. Before leaving, I needed a few minutes to look up something up on my 'to do' list and also on Google so I was sure I didn't need anything further. The receptionist asked me once again if there was anything I needed help with. It was nice of her to ask however, her tone and body language displayed an eagerness for me to leave her space.
