Scott is the person I've been sadly dealing with about 5 times per year for the last 2 years. Every time I use them, if I want a receipt, I have to contact the office after paying the driver and beg for one. It takes up to 2 weeks to finely get it, and they never add in the tip, so it's incorrect.
