Absolutely horrible customer service from the office staff. If someone hates their job and hates people in general, they should find another job instead of trying to ruin everyone’s day.

I ordered 10 ton of #57 gravel for my driveway before Noon on Thursday. My address & credit card info was provided & I was told I would receive a call before delivery. I waited until Monday morning nearly 2 business days before calling to check on the status. I was told by the dispatcher they did not have my order. She turned the phone over to a man who stated "you didn't get your gravel, we don't show the order. He finished with I don't think we messed up. Absolutely unbelievable for customer service.

I called to order 20 ton of gravel on Monday morning. The dispatcher took the order and told me they could not deliver until Tuesday. I was fine with that. So, I called back around noon on Tuesday to confirm delivery since I absolutely needed the gravel to prepare to install a garage on Wednesday morning. I was told they were too busy and couldn't deliver before Wednesday because contractors get priority. He said I was welcome to try and get someone else to haul the gravel. I called and got a price for rock being delivered to an address and was told 100-125 per load plus the price of rock. I ordered 2 loads. When it was delivered my card was charged 175 +adjustment +tax for a total of 218 per load on top of the cost of the rock. When I called the quarry I was told I had been told wrong and nothing could be done. I literally got charged a total of $186 more than I authorized on my card.

Called them to bring some Gravel for my house. They answered the phone first couple of rings. The dispatcher was polite and courteous, helped me out with the size of the rock I needed. I figured I would have to wait until tomorrow. He actually advised me that they would be out by 3 pm. They arrived at 2:20 P.M. Best service that I have ever had!!!
