I was very pleased with the exercise program provided to me after hip surgery. Exercises helped me heal faster and get back to an active lifestyle. I especially appreciated getting a program that was challenging but not beyond my abilities and interests. I will be back to get occasional updates so that I can continue to enjoy my favourite sports and activities.
I highly recommend AgeWell Physiotherapy Service because after all, who doesn’t want to age well!?! This mobile service is not only for the elderly. I was having a difficult time managing my work/life responsibilities and my pain and Kristen Lillie came into my home with competence & compassion. She is very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest practices and she motivates you to keep moving and get your strength back. Her exercises are emailed to you after your appointment and are great for future reference.
