A3U is an amazing place to get great deals on awesome figures. They ship fast, have great stock and are very amicable 👍
Me and my partner frequently visit this store for transformers, and we always have a good experience. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and take great care in giving good service. The prices are pretty good and the selection and stock is great. My only issue with Ages Three and Up is the cleanliness, I notice the floors are always dusty and dirty, not only at this location but the other warehouse location as well. The stores appearance is pretty well maintained otherwise.
I've been buying my transformers from this store since I was 12 years old, and I've always loved this place. It feels like an old toy aisle from Toys R Us but better. They have everything from mainline HasTak to adult collectibles ranging from third party toys to upgrade kits. The store workers are all super nice, reasonable, and knowledgeable about their products. If you need anything transformers-related in the lower mainland, whether you're buying or selling, this is the place to go.
Go to store for my Transformers addiction "hobby". Pre order system is great, as you don't pay until it ships to the store. Being local means pick up is easy once stuff arrives. Great staff who know what is going on and have a love for what they are selling.
Bought Dramatic Capture Series Decepticons Part 2 from them. Found a QC issue with one of the figures in the pack and contacted them immediately. I know they’re just a reseller and not the manufacturer, but some after sales-support or help with the issue would have been nice. Instead I got radio silence. Tried contacting them via the web form, via email, via Shopify and via PayPal. Still no answer after more than a week.
