Horrible management. The store manager Jeanelle has been condescending and rude every single time we have interacted. Last time I shopped she asked me the same question I think 6 times? Because it was beneath her to listen to what I was saying the first time. Not only that but I wanted to work at that location and she was so unbelievably rude and genuinely so glad I dodged a bullet working there. Seriously do better. And agents always on sale….. kind of embarrassing. Have a great day!
Quality is terrible, and post-purchase service is worse. A bra I purchased literally ripped in 2 weeks, like an actual hole in the fabric. The store manager said that they aren’t responsible, don’t do anything with regard to quality, and can’t honor an exchange or return. Be aware before you purchase from what you thought was supposed to be a luxury brand!
Went there about 15 years ago when I was married. The item I was buying had a small stain and the cashier was going to give me 10% off. The manager took it to the back, spot cleaned it and said no discount. She said I could buy it as is. Her exact words were why should I sell it to you on a discount when I could put it out when you leave and no one would ever know there ever was a stain. Never shopped there again. Went in recently just to check out the shop, but couldn’t get myself to spend money there.
Since we can order everything online, this rating is specifically about the store and its personnel. Yesterday, we attended the Moulin Rouge Broadway show, and, well… the experience here was similar! All the personnel were dressed provocatively, with music and an entourage to match. 5 out of 5!!
Had much better experience at the UES location and it was all on the same day. I came here after not having luck finding my size at the other location. The whole experience here is drastically different and disappointing. The sales person working with me was simply the most unwelcoming person and did not bother to help.
