The return on investment was negative. I paid them to maintain my website and got zero new leads. In addition, they failed to EVER check to make sure it was up to date and that all the links worked. I paid extra to have the MLS search on there....it was very awkward and difficult to use. My featured listings rarely populated automatically. I signed a 6month contract with Agent Elite for a website and broker CRM. It took over a month to get the website up and running and whatever AE did with my host company, they knocked out all emails to my company and my agents for nearly another 3 weeks. I was told the problem was with my host company and not whatever AE did. I finally called my host company, had AE blocked and had my system refreshed to the original data. This company is a joke. It didn't produce any real leads. I didn't move up on search engines. And they tell you that you may cancel at any time. But when you do cancel, they require a second verbal confirmation of the cancellation. I verbally told them I want to cancel the first time. Why the second call? So they can try and sell you a lesser package and so they can bill you for another billing cycle. Thieves... Don't waste your money.

This service, like all the rest it seems, presents itself like it's awesome and the next thing since slice bread. I had a 4 month Contract, gave them 6 months, received 27 leads, one of them was the original lead from them setting me up and showing me how to use the lead program. Of the 26 leads, 0 are viable leads. IWhen I canceled, they say, "do to the terms and conditions you have to pay for another 30 days". Like it's some sort of Gym Membership. This is my 2nd tour with Agent Elite and likely my last. However well intentioned, it did not work for me. One last warning....if you sign an agreement for like 4 months, BE SURE to notify them that you do not wish to continue/renew 30 days prior to the ending date of the agreement. If you are a day late notify them that you wish to cancel, they will charge you for at least 2 additional months. So, I got "a sock it to you" at the end. Almost feels like a "financial rape." Last time for me for sure!

Holy Cow! What an awful experience. Do not spend a dollar with this company. They over-promise and under-deliver. Their service was the worst part. I was patient and really wanted it to work. I had to speak to so many different representatives and explain my case over and over again. I tried to get a website up and produce leads with them for over 1 year. I wish I wish i would have reviewed the reviews for Agent Elite prior to signing up. The sales person stated I could cancel my contract if my company didn't allow 3rd party marketing which was a complete lie. I was stuck in the 6 month contract and wasted over $1700.00. Case manager was unwilling to help.

I signed up with them. They promised to spend certain amount money for advertising on my webpage. I did not receive any lead. After a few weeks when I complained, the same week I received 8 leads with e-mails and phone number. I e-mail all those people and did not receive any response. As a follow up I called all the numbers, either the phone was not in service or the subscriber can not answer and one of those number I had blocked in my own cell. Hope this helps the other agents who may want to sign up.
