Avoid them (both Go-Assist and Big Warranty)!! No sensible customer service at all. No update given. First engineer visiting on 12/9, the so-called 'manufacturer engineer' said he never saw the product before. The problem I had was one of the four burners of the hob not working. It was clear that some internal connection of the gas supply was not working, but the engineer insisted to order 4 new nobs, even I showed him it was not working if I take a nob from a working burner and place it on the not working burner.
